Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns up to 30 days from date of shipment on items that are in new and unused condition (with original packaging and attached hangtags) for a refund to your original method of payment or for an exchange.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been successfully delivered. You're welcome to submit a lost package investigation through the shipping carrier that delivered your order. PLEASE NOTE: Most carriers require claims for undelivered packages to be made within one week after the reported delivery.
RETURN PROCESS
If you live within the continental U.S., we offer free return shipping, however, we charge a $9.95 restocking fee for all items.
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team by email at CustomerService@Recreate.World.
What is required? In the email please provide the Order #, Your Name, Bill To and Ship To Address, the Reason for the Return, and (if necessary) other forms of Proof of Purchase.
Follow these three steps to submit your return:
1. Send Email to CustomerService@Recreate.World with required Proof of Purchase information (as described above).- After we review your request and have authorization from the return warehouse, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Pictures may be required to confirm the condition of your return.
- Prepaid labels expire 15 days from the date we issue them.
- Oversized items are subject to an oversized return fee.\Pack your return
- Pack your item(s) securely and include the original product packaging and tags.
- Tape your package securely and affix your return shipping label to the outside. (Hint: If you cover or remove all existing shipping labels, you can usually reuse the bag or box your order came in.) Drop off your package at a carrier location near you.
RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Recreate World reserves the right to deny/refuse any return request.
The returned items are subject to a quality review, which may delay refunds. If we have questions about your return, we will contact you by email.
If a Return Label is altered in any way, this action disqualifies the order from being eligible for return and will not receive a refund. See examples of this below:
- The Return Label is placed on an empty package/box.
- The Return Label Ship From address gets changed from the original address of delivery.
- The Return Label's approved weight gets altered from the original package weight.
Return-fraud offenders will be blocked from placing future orders.
